At morning Feb 27, 2015, the first staff meeting was hold in meeting room after the spring festival, CEO (Peng Wenfeng)
and all of staff take in this meeting. The atmosphere is very warm, CEO give the red packets for each of staff at the entrance
of meeting, and the staff were also congratulation each other.
In this meeting, CEO (Peng Wenfengcongratulate the achievement from all of staff in 2014, and he thankful to the
department with excellent achievements, and he also praise the staff who working at the Spring Festival, and let all of staff
study to them.
As for the work of 2015, he propose 3 points, first, the change is good than before, no secular clouds could ever block the
sacred vision. Basis on the last year, there are broad prospective of sale in this year, the effective is good to develop market.
Second, the pressure was unprecedented, the pressure including time pressure, fund pressure and the product's quality pressure.
The broad market prospective will bring lots of challenge for technique and manufacturer department. 2015 is the year of hard
work and overcome difficult for all of staff. Third, grasp the time, with the board market prospective, time is very important. All of
the staff must grasp the time, and do the best at technique on R&D and manufacture on purchase.
At the end of this meeting, CEO (Peng Wenfeng) call the slogan: “Welcome to back home, you will rich in this year”,
and he said: “Longing for a bright future, I go to my dream."Where there is pressure, there is motivation. Hope all
of staff standing to pressure. On one hand, increase the quality of product, and promote the design of new product.
On the other hand, strength the initiative and responsibility consciousness, and let’s go up to new level by hard work
from all of staff.
