To know the ideological trends and working condition of new staff, we wish establish communication platform,
and creative honesty and harmony working atmosphere. At 4:00pm, March 24, 2015, we hold the forum of new
staff at the meeting room, CEO, department manager, backbone and 13 new staffs, CEO (Pen Wenfeng) hold this
meeting.
CEO said a few words at the beginning of this meeting. There are 3 parts in this meeting: first, new staffs which
entered into company within one year to speak, second, the aged staff to talk about their feelings. Third, it is the
communication between new staffs and aged staffs.
Firstly, the new staffs talked about their feelings and advices to develop of company, CEO were highly appreciation
to each of suggestion from the new staffs, and reply them at scene. We will invest more energy to system construction.
Meanwhile, product and HR director recorder these problems what the new staffs advised, and CEO said we will deal
with these problems in near future.
Second, Cheng Sijing, who as represent aged staff, say the feelings since entered into this company, and the
advices to the company. She showed the spirit of hard work to every staffs in company. HR and product director have
also talked the experience of working, and offer the direction for the new staffs in near future.
The eperience of aged staff gave a great help to new staff, they got lots of knowledge, and the experienced will
establish solid foundation for new staff can suitable our company quickly.
At the end of this meeting, CEO gave 4 suggestions basis on the core problems:
First, how to cultivate: put a low state of mind and take initiative to study and thinking.
Second, how to treat the salary, before you become rich, you must create more value.
Third, as the scale of company, the principle is:“Better be the head of a dog than the tail of a lion."
Fourth, how to deal with the relationship between love and work, love is precious, but cultivate is higher price. <!----><?xml:namespace prefix = o />
Through in this meeting, it increase sense of belonging to company for the new staffs, and the relationship become
more close between aged staffs and new staffs, and it create good working environment and atmosphere, and it is
good to devote more passion into the work for every of staffs in future.
